Be sure to check out the information listed below in order to receive your desired volunteer package this year:

VOLUNTEER PACKAGES:

- One Shift (4 volunteer hours) = Single Day General Admission (GA) Pass

- Three Shifts (12 volunteer hours) = Three Day GA Weekend Pass

ADDITIONAL VOLUNTEER PERKS:

On top of getting free admission to the Hinterland Music Festival we also have some additional volunteer perks!

- Free Shower Access

We also have added in a couple new features this year!

+ FESTIVAL SET UP: You can choose to volunteer for a full day (12 volunteer hours) before the festival and enjoy the weekend. This option is not available to split into 4 hour shifts.

+ FESTIVAL TEAR DOWN: You can choose to volunteer for a full day (12 volunteer hours) after the festival and enjoy the weekend. This option is not available to split into 4 hour shifts.

+ THREE DAY GA PASS: We have added a "Three Day GA Pass (12 volunteer hours)" category for individuals wanting to work all 12 volunteer hours straight through. By doing this you will only need to sign up once instead of multiple times! This option is included for “Three Day GA Pass *during the festival”,” Festival Set Up”, and “Festival Tear Down”.

+ SINGLE DAY PASS: You can also find Individual Shifts under the category "Single Day Pass (4 volunteer hours)" or “Single Day Pass - Street Team (4 volunteer hours)”. In doing so, you can pick and choose multiple 4 hour volunteer shifts catered towards your schedule or the artists that you would like to see! By doing this, you will need to register for each individual shift you choose to participate in.

EARLY VOLUNTEER ENROLLMENT GIVEAWAY:

As a thank you for signing up early to volunteer we are doing a Hinterland giveaway exclusive to volunteers!

If you sign up before the following date, you will be entered into a prize drawing for some cool giveaways!

GIVEAWAY ENROLLMENT DEADLINE: 5:00 PM (CST) on Wednesday, May 31st.

GIVEAWAY DRAWING: Will be conducted on the week of the Hinterland; winners will receive an email announcing their prize! Prizes can then be collected at Volunteer Headquarters (VHQ) during the Hinterland Music Festival.
